Eager fans will be glad to uncover a little more of Halloween 2 through a first trailer announcing its coming out in the USA on August 28th at last! Directed once again by Rob Zombie, this new chapter in the Myers saga is simply entitled H2 and follows directly to Halloween 2003 (which was the remake of the famous movie of the same name realised by John Carpenter in 1979). Though these first pictures remain quite typical of the kind, one small detail still draws the attention: the occurrence of Michael Myers in his famous white mask on several occasions. Put into the hands of the ever surprising filmmaker from The Devil’s Rejects, the project becomes inevitably full of mystery and thus rather attractive…
H2 starts with the final events of the first movie. Hence, Laurie Strode, covered in blood, needs to be taken to E.R due to the massacre that happened during Halloween’s night. Although a few similarities can be found in the scenario, this remake’s second part has nothing to do with an eventual remake of the original movie’s second part… sounds complicated?
